You must first host it on the internet:

1. http://imageshack.us/
go there and click the browse button

2. Browse to the picture in the little window that pops up and click 'open'

3. Click the "Host it" button near the bottom

4. Once its done uploading scroll down to the box that says like "for use in forums"

I can't wait to finish mine, I am also planning a terrapin sleeve with the cyclops skull as the story teller. and as far as how much it hurts it depends where you get it. on the back and around the ribs tends to hurt more than where there is a large mass of muscle like the bicep or calf or forearm
