Yeah, those were the real fun days to be at shows. If you had been there through most of the 70's it got to be painful at times the rest of the way watching Jerry go downhill. Not that there weren't enough peaks in each and every show to make it worthwhile, but you knew how it had been, and it wasn't that any more.
I'd still give my left nut for just one more Stella Blue or Brokedown Palace- from any period!
