So now that I am studying everyones gear that i see (which my girl friend ins't nearly as excited about)....what was Dave matthews' guitar last night? just a custom strat with mini humbuckers? Also, were the ear pieces they had the same idea as what you guys were discussing that GD moved to after '92?
Sayin' the technology from 1992 in year 2010 is like saying the technology from 1972 in 1980, well kinda. I think they are the same concept but the ear pieces and systems today are more user friendly and functional, plus they are common to use. The Dead had to struggle a little more with the issues of the brand new ear system and integrating their huge system around them, where as now most kinks are ironed out and they are just as common as a guitar on a stand stage left. But yes, in ear monitors.
