We played an acoustic set for fun at a friend's house on Saturday ... amazing how different it is in feel and touch to try to do that.

Crappy guitar tone, but I was just using the piezo on the Alvarez, I should put an internal mic inside but ... well, we do it so rarely ... and it has that nasty buzzy Radio City Takamine vibe!

I just wanted to say that I think you guys really sound fantastic here. Yes, the guitar has that somewhat "squished" sound to it so prevalent on early '80's acoustic recordings, but you guys definitely got it going on. Wish we had a Dead band of your quality around here ( or maybe we do and i just don't know about it - wouldn't be the first time ).

Seriously though, you guys sound great every time I listen to one of your recordings. Keep it up.
