OK - I play in E Ionian for this. I show no bends for simplicity's sake.

I bend the 11 on the G to 13 for the G# (9 on the B) for all of the beginning.

This is yet another generic version - not from any particular show.

You can add all sorts of stuff in this but the key is to note the changes with the appropriate notes.

That's if you want to be 'in the box'.
