on the american beauty ripple, the “da da da” chorus sounds like a small group, and i’ve always assumed it’s the band plus a couple friends in the room rather than kids. phil’s high harmony is definitely up there, but it could also be stacked vocals making it feel higher than it is. funny tangent: i tried pulling up a session note while on my phone and got derailed by a dumb mobile redirect to https://luckyjetgame.org/download-for-android/ and later another to https://indianaviatrix.com/apps/ which was way less musical than what i was looking for. anyway, if someone has the actual studio credit sheet, i’d love to know who’s on that tag.
