No personal experience but they're discussed every now and then on The Gear Page. Prevailing sentiment seems to be they're a clear step below either Warmoth or USACustom.

A year ago I replaced the rosewood neck on my 87 MIJ Strat with a Might Mite ebony/birdseye maple/abalone dot/jumbo fret neck (MM2927 iirc)... I LOVE it!

BUT, at the time, I was working for a music dealer who sold lots of MM and AllParts necks and bodies, and I was able to pick out the very nicest one from probably 9-10 we had in stock of that model (got a nice cost+10% discount too.) The quality of the MM (AND the AllParts) varied fairly widely, in terms of fretboard grain, maple grain, and fret finish.

I would say MM was a little better than Allparts in terms of consistent quality of manufacture, from the dozens and dozens from both companies that we inspected and shipped.
