As well as being enlightened today by Strummin' and Tigerstrat, i got to hang for a couple of hrs. this afternoon with Robin. The Brother is a quiet, soft spoken gentle guy. Ratdog has a show in the area tomorrow night and one of my main bros, his old lady used to hang with Robin a few yrs. back. My buddy was Grateful Family for a spell and knew Jerry back in the day. The fellas rolled into town early this morn. and it was their day off so my bro rented a limo to pick up Robin and anyone else who cared to go for a ride. We run a hospitality business of sorts and it's a nice quiet place in the woods. The boys all slept in except for Robin so we got to share a mellow afternoon. i sent back a gratuity for Bobby ( not herbal my friends, i live different now ) and told him to razz Bobby for not coming down. We run these local open jams once a month or so and he said they might actually come sit in with us some time. Holy Ship!, to think i could play Friend of the Devil with Bobby. Okay Sacky boy, you can wake up now. i swear it happened just like i said.
