Hello all,

We're in the process of building a PA system

What suggestions and expriences have you all had with in-ear monitors? Pluses/Minuses? Brands?

How do you achieve individual mixes? ie, me standing in front of my guitar speakers able to turn myself down a bit in my buds and maybe the bass player on the other side of the stage being able to turn me up a bit? Or do you just go with the house mix?

Of course money is an issue... but we've got to have good quality sound
