Whats scales do you guys play? All i really play is penatonic major/minor, i know them all up and down then neck. this is good for the major scale, but what do you guys play, im kinda stuck in a little box and need to get out

That is a whole lot of scales already. Since you know those fingering patterns, moving into the scales modes and major pentatonics should be a snap for you and it will change your sound and get you unstuck.

( I also love the spanish scale)

go to the all guitar scales site and pick a key and pick a jazz mode, any mode

you should learn the blues scale.

all the majors have a mode associated to them... for example c major, play it with the g as the root, u are now playing g mixolyidan, try it with the d, d dorian, or maybe an a root, a aeolian

what do you exatly mean when you say jazz mode?
