Not to sound picky, but they first broke out Loose Lucy at Copps Colisseum (along with Black-Throated Wind) just before Cap Center...was fortunate enough to see both runs.
Some noteable break-outs I saw were:
the biggest ever--Unbroken Chain--Philly 95
Cryptical Envelopment--Merriweather 85 (they actually broke it out in the Greek on 6-16-85
All too Much---Philly 95
Casey Jones---RFK 92
New Speedway Boogie--Chinese New Years--Oakland Col Feb.91
All 4 new songs--Oakland Col 92 (2-21/22-92??)
Wave to the Wind
Long Way to go home
Corrina
So Many Roads.....of note, the first Corrina and WTTW were EXCEPTIONALLY long. The next time they played them they cut them down significanly by removing whole parts--they all had music stands with charts to get through WTTW....I would love to hear a recording of the first ever versions of both of those just for the comparison.
I fought the Law--Richfield--Blizzard show 3-14-93
Hand Jive--Phily 86 (2nd one---first on east coast)
Hey Jude---Copps 90
Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds--Cap Center 93
those are the ones that come to mind...lots of others were firsts for me but not the band.
