When it doesn't fit anywhere else

Run, don't walk to buy the remastered "Some Enchanted Evening." They added an extra hour of audio and a dvd of the 78 Cap. Center show. The video is a little grainy, but considering there is no good video of the classic years it is awesome.

Blue Oyster Cult, right?

Sorry, I figured BOC fans only would know that BOC was Blue Oyster Cult! They are like the Grateful Dead of heavy metal; unbelievable guitar playing, great rhythm section, great lyrics, great live band.

I saw BOC In small club in the mid-80's and it rocked...I really need to buy some more of their stuff. They have some amazing shit that never gets played on the radio.

That's another Dead similarity, they never get played on the radio! Buy Secret Treaties, On Your Feet Or On Your Knees, or Blue Oyster Cult (first album) to start with.

That's another Dead similarity,
I always liked them, probably because they were from NY, formed at Stonybrook college, if I recall correctly. Anyhow, another connection to the boys is that Patti Smith dated one of the band for awhile and even wrote one of their songs and she's a huge fan of Garcia, even performed songs like Black Muddy River and Dark Star!
