I know this isn’t Dead related at all but there are definitely enough speaker gurus and maybe some collectors here that can help or be interested. I came into possession of this old (as in 50’s I’m guessing) speaker that my client asked me to dispose of, along with an old turntable. It’s an old Altec 604c WITH the crossover. Of course I googled it and lo and behold it’s worth anywhere from $700 to $1,500. Along with that also have an equally old Rek-O-Kut “Rondine Deluxe” turntable with Fairchild arm. Part of me wants to make new cabinets and have a very cool retro vinyl setup but I just don’t have the time. Anyone out there who knows more about this speaker or turntable than me? Maybe a good trade opportunity.
