Ok so this is actually a plug to share a cool video from a very cool festival we headlined last weekend on both nights in a remote spot 3 hours north of Vancouver BC up in the mountains. But the music does start with an "almost stock synth preset" from my Axe FX Ultra running starlight into my 73 Vibrolux and 1x12 JBL E120 cab.

The music is presented warts and all. The heaviest thing I take these days is Earl Gray tea and have been that way for about 7 years, but lets just say I accidentally ate some baked goods, completely unknowingly before this show - God's honest truth - but the show must go on. That's my excuse, and its a bit of a tribute to the Ramones, because I'm sounding pretty punk in the Fire solo.....and I did see the Ramones once, in Toronto, and the show ended in an enormous riot with gear being smashed on stage by fans - if you can call them that. It was a good show if you like that kind of weird energy.- and free so you think they would be easy on the gear.

Hope folks gets something out of this! I think the 45-60 seconds of Synth to start out the jam was just about the right amount of weirdness to introduce into this jam - its all downhill from there.

and my rig that night - just about every piece of gear I own and then some:

Nice,James! Nice synth tone - had kindofa old Moog tone ala Rick Wakeman. I dig the Ramone-ish edginess too. I saw them a couple of times in the early 80s and early 90s. When my daughter was a baby one of the few things that could sooth her was when I would play I Wanna Be Sedated to her

I wore my Ramones shirt to my gig last night

Sounding great James. I really enjoyed the solo and the whole band is grooving well together.
