Hey all. Just singed on here hoping to meet up w/some musicians w/similar tastes somewhere close to me. Live in SE Alabama, Dothan Area. Close to SW GA, FL Panhandle.
I'm 49.
I play elec & acoustic guitar, Upright & elec bass, banjo, dobro, and a little lap steel and fiddle.
Can sing some lead and a little harmony, mostly baritone.
Bored w/local Bluegrass scene and need to branch out.
Wanna play some Dead, NRPS, Graham P., Dylan, etc. Will to play bass or whatever to get the sound.
Is there ANYBODY out there within a reasonable distance in this CMT & VH1 wasteland wherein I reside?
