Does gear obsession qualify for a "Hardship Withdrawel" on my sons 529?

Have you ever played one? I did, a whole bunch actually, and none were for me except maybe the ST series.

Don't drool yet my friend.

(btw, I was at Alcor's place in case y'all are wondering just how many)

no he never did to my knowledge, theyre just one of the few production guitars of its time to have many jerry-like specs - neck through body, coil splitting, plus it has a very strong resemblance to wolf

MC200DS is not that rare. This is a nice guitar and for the money its a good place to start on a JG project. I have an MC500DS which is also not that rare, but it does nail JG. The rarest is the 550 series some have a vine and some have extra mods per the order by the customer at the time. There is higher models as well maybe some of the more knowing Ibanez folks can chime in...2000 series? I have seen them only in print. Remember both JG and BW had theres custom built and are not the prodution models. Even the so named Weir series are not what he played. Very similar but not exact.
