I've had the urge to learn "Silvio" but couldn't find any tabs on the internet so I'll have to do it the old fashioned way. Any ideas as to where to start?

There is a dylan book with the chords in it. You might check that first, as a jumping off point.

I can't offer anything helpfull, but I must say Ratdog's Silvio/ Tequila/ silvio is hot hot action
(almost as hot as Hot Sabre's action but Ratdog action isn't as hot as it could be) it's a personal, I'd like lead guitar players with a little more potent suace than that
