I have two of these and need to slim things down. This is the VA-900 (A?) model. It has the active electronics and they work fine. It has the alembic-type tailpiece and the super heavy bridge with the sustain block. It's in very good shape - just a little bit of aging on the hardware. Comes with a non-original hardshell case.

that looks sweet! Great condition too. my new one looks just like it and the sound is FANTASTC!! I hunted down the manufacturer was Japan in the late 70's on mine. This is prolly the same guitar, w/o electronics. And when I say just like it, I mean JUST LIKE IT. I would have liked to try out the active electronics on it. What are the pickups they used on those?

Thanks! I believe they are the standard MMK pickups, very similar to Super Distortions. All my Vantage guitars have come with them, though this guitar happens to have ones with gold colored rings to match the hardware (some are black or grey/silver).
