Hey, I used to sell my tie dyes at shows for years and years. If it weren't for the "posers", I doubt I would have sold very many. Hippies don't have any money, you know:)
I don't know, there's different levels of being into things, after all. Some people just wanted to put on a dye and be a hippie when the Dead were in town. It's okay; you don't have to be living in a converted school bus living on parking lot veggie buritos to get it.
All I can say about junior high is this: I have a great memory, and I have managed to essentially block out 7th and 8th grades from it. I remember it being a particularly awful, awkward time for everybody.
Out of the loop? I didn't know there was a loop!
