It's basically a I, IV, V chord arrangement. (I,IV,V = 1,4,5 = G,C,D)
The bottom left ( lets call it "BL" for bottm left ) group is the I.
The top left (TL) group is the IV.
The bottom right (BR) group is the V.

So you can play Good Lovin' real easy by strumming across the chord sets...
BL, TL, BR, TL
etc...
