Sell and buy at your own risk...

Gang,
Does anyone have a good feel or ballpark-range for a win-win buy/sell/trade price for a Boogie 1x12 Cab???
This is for the empty cab only (I already agreed to the price for the speaker, and there is no road case).
Thanks in advance.
This is a pic I found on the net, but the Cab looks just like this one (it is a half-open back with speaker jack):

$200-$250

But more importantly, how the hell do you lose a road case cover?

It's not the cab pictured, but the same model.
I don't know for sure if he has a cover or case for it, I only saw the cab.
He demo'd a speaker in the cab, and i asked if it was for sale... maybe... not sure what it's worth, type of thing.

I recently paid 175 for a 2x12 Mesa Cabinet empty. I would think that $150-$200 for a single 1x12 is about fair. There are not that many of them and they seem to be popular. Under $150 is a good deal. JMHO

Thanks.
I had to pass on the 1x12... it would have been a nice cab, but too pricey per the Boogie factor.
I did get a JBL-K120 from the guy though. It sounded really good in that cab!
I am putting it in a 2x12 cab and will run it as a single speaker for a while for now.
Funn Stuff!

Hey Pete here is what I did recently:

Bought a nice SF twin with 2 JBL K120s ($750)
Bought a 2x12 Mesa cabinet empty ($175)

Put the 2 K120s in the Boogie cabinet.

Have a very nice SF twin for sale.

Result, a nice Mesa 2x12 with K120s.

Net cost will be dependent on the eventual sale of the Twin, with or with out speakers (not the K120s)

Nice.
I like when a plan comes together like that.

I picked up a 15" to 12" conversion ring at JaMac Speaker shop here in Portland ($5 bucks) like last summer.
I have a 1x15" cab I want to use it with at times, but haven't mounted it yet.
Maybe this speaker will enspire me to break out the drill this weekend?!.

I just put the K120 in the top position of a verticle 2x12 cab and jammed for a while thru Fender-pre-Amp to MC250 combo.
Sounds great.
My favorite Jerry-tone-testin'-lick is the intro to Cold Rain and Snow.

I have that same cabinet w/ a Vintage 30 in it and I love it. Has been my main cab for over 10 yrs with my Groove Tubes head.

I agree that $150 is a good deal and it is worth $200 easily.
