I was at this one and it was my birthday so a friend from High Times Magazine gave me a press pass. This was not an all acess and they clearly knew I was not to be there but they were cool about it and let me roam around. Anyways, there was a group of special needs guests and that guy may have been one of them. They also had a woman using sign language and a huge balloon for deaf fans. This was something I had not seen before but cool none the less. Crazy times for sure and a run of shows I will never forget!

Yes Jerry looks to be using the BF twin. And the person seems to be a deaf interpreter to me.

Intrepreter was my first thought, but the intrepreters I remember were down right in front of the folks that were interested and were WAY more animated.
