When it doesn't fit anywhere else

It was a great night at the Bearsville Theater last Friday night. If you have never been there, the Bearsville Theater is a very very nice place to see a show. Very relaxed, nice crowd, the sound in the theater is very very good and there is a great bar lounge just outside the theater. I highly recommend the place if you are in the area. The Deadbeats from New Paltz opened the show with a great set. I thought that Donna sounded really good, and Jeff is clearly among the top guitarists out there today. My camera does not take the best pics in the low light, but here are a couple worth a view.

OUCH!

I saw Micky and Bill's Rhythm Devils last fall at a small music hall in Rochester. There were maybe 200 people there- you could get right up to the stage. It was sort of "dis-concert-ing" (so to speak). It was nice, but you couldn't quite get your head around it- after the days of sold out stadiums. Life goes on.
