Tha is a hilarious picture! The Bobby looks kinda like Mickey. The Jerry is pretty accurate but the Phil is hilarious!

The strap the Jerry guy is wearing in that pic, is actually upside down.
You usually have the cool looking part over your shoulder connected to the horn, and the black part goes the bottom.
It probably doesn't make a difference... (unless they mic it! ).
