One pic with a SYF T shirt and he is a deadhead? I am not convinced yet. Born in 81 he was 14 when Jerry died.

Stylish maybe, a DeadHead, not so sure about that.

I have never listened to his music, but if he is a deadhead, it would show in his music wouldn't it?

Not necessarily, music is his business and how he makes money plus he might not have a lot of creative input as to what he gets to do. Also, Buck Dharma (Donald Roser) of Blue Oyster Cult was a deadhead and B.O.C. isn't very dead-like.

Goes to show you don't ever know :D

Well what you are saying there is that "his" music isn't really "his"music then. Is that right?

My friend's sister has worked w/ him on and off and says he has tons of soul which I guess I'd buy. Saw him do some stuff w/ Stevie Wonder on Palladia one time and it was pretty deep. I don't know, may or may not be a deadhead? I too was born in 81 tho, and was lucky to have seen 50+ GD shows w/ Jerry and over 25 Jerry Band shows (thanks Mom!). My uncle's tour buddies called me Willie Halfstep  .

We get much younger heads than that at our shows. Hell we have the occasional minor complaining that we don't play any all ages shows. Look at rukinders like Counterstriker. And what about the Lead Heads?

Hard to say, it is speculation. A lot of pop star types are products of their producers and such and are just the talent along for the ride. Can't say as I blame them there's a lot of $$$ involved. I've never been put in that position to sell out for big bucks for good or ill I haven't had to make that choice. Then again, he may be all about cheesey pop music, I dunno.

@tigerstrat - lol I think Rollins sounds a lot like Jerry
I saw Black Flag at the 9:30 club back in high school, as they say around here . . . them boys ain't right :-)

I heard that on the GD sirius station. 2 guys from some band were telling the story of how Ginn loved the dead and got rollins into them.

none of my hardcore punk/metal friends ever believe me when i tell them
