For any Kansas City area folks who don't know yet, the Waybacks will be in the Kansas City area this Friday at the Liberty Community Performing Arts Center - Liberty, Missouri. Tickets are 15, 12, and 10 and certainly worth the price of admission. I have never been to this venue but have heard nothing but good things -
If you have not seen the Waybacks, they come highly recommended - There are some Waybacks sets on the archive.org site, so even if you can't make it to the show, listen to the sets.

i saw them at the blue plum festival in johnson city , tn. had never heard of them ,and my buddy was going to see railroad earth. i was much more impressed with the waybacks, their guitarist(also played mandolin i think) was very good. they played a blistering version of brown eyed women, id see them again for sure.
