Yes, I think so, I will look into that tonight.

It would be cool if we could sortof squash all of the song forums into one folder--Songs or something.

Officially, the songs are all listed in a separate topic called "Grateful Dead Songs", however, the forum index page lists all topics, regardless of the hierarchy (I think).

Two Solutions:

1> Change the permissions to some sort of "hidden" topic, which would allow people to still view the topic if they click on a link, but it wouldn't appear in the listings.

2> Currently the Songs are the first forum. I could change this to be the last forum. So, when you go to the index, it may take a while to load, but the songs are the last thing to load.

Maybe we need a 9-5 cover and an after hours cover, or a button that quickly switches to corporate look when wandering eyes enter your cube.

Maybe we need a "stealth" or "covert" style sheet

for the time being, the only way I can get the news on the index page is by creating a little box below the menu on the left hand side, which lists the news of the day. You click on the link and then you'll get the rest of the story, plus the URL to go off to the actual page. Getting it integrated with the main page is going to be a little challenging. If this will work for you guys, I am not going to bother...

If you click on "news headlines" you'll go to all the stories...

I also organized the band members sites into a single page with all of them listed there - on the menu its called "Band Members Websites"

Lastly, I organized all the set list programs onto a page, and added deadbase to it - on the menu its "GD Setlist Programs"
