I was gonna say they looked like Pyle Driver speakers with the vented screen hole in the center of the dustcaps. But if someone recognizes them as CTS, then that's likely it. Maybe they're the same. I was never a big fan of those. I don't think the Black Widow was developed until 77 or so after they kept blowing their Peavey labeled JBL's in the bigger amps. I would be off on the timing. I just recall that their steel guitar amp, the Session 400 that was introduced in '74, first came with real JBL's but with a Peavey marking on it. They offered a 1-15" and a 2-12" version. Jerry Reed endorsed the 2-12" version for guitar, and a lot of steel players endorsed the 1-15" version. But they kept frying the K130s and K120's in there, so as I understand it, Peavey cloned the basic cone and voice coil and geometry of the JBL's, gave them a slightly larger voice coil gap, and higher power handling than the blowable JBL's. I think that was the birth of the Black Widow. The Session 400 amps put out about 225 watts, more than double a Fender Twin, and that was when the whole steel world began to gravitate toward transistor amps and away from their 80 watt, relatively high maintenance and heavy Twins.
