Anyone have any or know someone who has had a bass stolen? Serial number scratched out, seemingly really low price, I dunno...seems like it could be stolen to me. I thought I'd pass it along in the hopes that maybe someone can recognize it.

Likely given it's also been refinished, but that may have been years ago with a few buyers in the meantime. There is also a serial number printed in ink at the base of the neck of the instrument. (You have to unscrew it from the body to see it.) That may provide further identifying information.
