The top ten list on the front page, does it change? it looks different?

I've always been surprised Brown Eyed Woman is number one, great song for sure. Didn't realise it was so popular.

I wonder what the most loved original GD tune would be over a mass vote of every deadhead, and non deadheads that just know the music?

The list does change. How often, whenever I get around to it. But, consistently, Brown Eyed Women is at the top, which surprises me too.

This may also be an effect of being listed on the front page. These simply start getting more hits based on showing up there. However, China Cat and Box of Rain are both new comers on the list.

And there are so many great versions. There are great ones with that classic bobby riff and then that one fron 91 where bruce hornsby and jerry are just ripping the major scale. Whenever i here it played weather its dark star orchestra or some band the crowd always seems to enjoy. [/i]

I wonder what's up with the big surge for Brokedown? Don't get me wrong there probably is no song finer- just don't hear that one attempted very often. Ah, I see it's the old school F version... I always prefer it raised a whole-step.

I wondered about that myself before . . . its a great song and I love singing it, and I can really relate to the lyrics. but I never would have thought of it as that popular
