did we all have to cancel because of the rath of this El-nino which has just SLAPPED the East and is now, as I type, continuing ad naseum?

We got about 2 feet on 2/6 and had to cancel. Then we got another 6 inches 5 days later and we're getting another 6 tonight! Almost none of it melted and the city is still way messed up. My street didn't get plowed for a week and there's still people without power from 2/5 if you can believe that.

The sickest thing is we got away easy compared to Balt, DC and Philly.....and Furthur's also been really lucky so far! This tour going Furthur North is proof that they're still nuts!

I just hope we don't get cancelled this again this weekend at the Thunderbird on 2/20.

We actually ended up being called to pick up a couple of shows due to bands canceling. We were minus 1 member at each one due to the short notice, but a good time was had. Also, one of the places has already booked us again for next month. Sorry to those that had to call off gigs though, it's definitely a drag.
