I'm sending my EB0 to Cliff at Shark Inlay for headstock restoration. Me being me, I can't just leave it as it was, of course, so I want to do something different where the little fan logo thing was right in the center.

Here are my ideas so far:

The full bear might be ruled out by practicality - could be breakage problems especially in the face, according to Cliff.


Maybe a real subtle sun radiating out from either of the two round ones, done in contrasting ebony - would be a very subtle touch that echoes the psychedelic sun paintjob that it's going to get.

All would be in regular inlay materials, not bright primary colors as shown. Any other ideas?
