After rewatching Part 2 from last week, I remembered 2 instances during the show where I thought the characters acted totally out of character
#1 The Marshall(cop) who was escorting Kate, lets her use the bathroom when Kate flashes her eyes at him, come on a highly trained Cop would never let a prisoner use a bathroom like that, especially Kate, he knew she was tricky.... and he hates her!
#2 When Kate is escaping and she cuts the line of people waiting for a taxi cab
and that wimpy guy tells her to get to the back of the line, Kate stares at him, and unbelievably
waits her turn, like a good ecsapee on the run...
any comments?

Most every character acted differently:
Locke - lied about walkabout
Jack - had faith
Rose - was a calm flyer

etc..


BTW, the wimpy guy was Frogurt!
