Vocals a bit low - distorts a bit on wmp - not on my nero or foobar - not sure what that's about though I am playing the flac and not the mp3 through the nero and foobar - while editing it was only slightly peaking out above the acceptable level.

If it distorts for you use the player on the show page - that works much better than wmp - or stream the flac - if you can.

Had a few near train wrecks but we kinda salvaged them - a bunch of 'new' tunes for us (me espescially) at this gig - cold rain, casey jones, deal, china cat, rider. Trying to expand the reportoire - ya know? I seldom felt really in the zone on this night - kinda ticked me off - but on the whole it's a pretty good effort for the band. Feedback was good - if nothing else check out the drunk chick at the end of the weight - what was left of the crowd was lobbying for us to keep playing and you can hear the girl go "you aren't going anywhere!"

I'm really THERE in the mix - almost embarassingly  so! Oh well...

Yo !
Hey Bill I was just rocking to the Stranger - I really was loving your tone and phrasing ( esp. on the solo at the end )....
1) you ever feel like tabbing some stuff/video lesson - Stranger please !!!!
2) I thought i heard a bit of reverse guitar FX on the end solo ..... almost E Bow-ish too ....What is you Mutron sound ?
3) loved your phrasing on the end solo .... waiting for the music to come to you ....
4) What are you using for 'verb ? SWEET
5) conga player sounded cool
6) Very wailing !!!!!

+1 nice job Bill. I agree, your guitar phrasing is what makes you special- very Jerryish.

Hey thanks tj, & mike & mike - I thought this was probably my best playing of the night - probably a few others as well but I was kinda locked in here - though I screwed up the beginning of the first half of the end 'wrap-up' and the rest of the guys adjusted to me nicely - done this a zillion times, not sure how I started that phrase and then delayed as long as I did. As if I started in the middle maybe.

What do you want tabbed? Depending on what it is I may not have to vid - note the time

Not sure what you mean by reverse fx but this is what I had going on - bridge pup - emma discombobulater envelope filter - and that change you hear about halfway through the end jam (when I start getting a bit gnarly!) is adding in my distortion+ pedal. I also pretty much leave my blaster boost pedal on all the time set about halfway. I was diggin the sustain I was getting and tried to get the most out of it - I got real close to the amp and I think that was also playing on the tone a bit at times.
