Hey guys! Just wanted to say a few words about this.

I got my new Hard Truckers JG-1 over the weekend, and loaded it with 2 E-120's today. I cannot express in words how awesome this cab is! It looks like just another wooden box in photos, but it WAY more than that and is truly a work of art. I'm so glad I did not attempt to build this on my own! lol The attention to detail is incredible!

Glenn is an amazing guy and so nice to work with. I can't say enough about that. He answered every email, phone call, and question I ever had. And quickly, too! Great customer service!

And one more thing...I'm grateful for the heavy duty handles. This thing is fricken HEAVY with the JBL's in it!

If you're going to be gigging with it, do yourself a big favor and have Glenn get you the fitted AVS road case, it makes life SO much easier. That, and a dog ramp from the pet store to roll it up into your car. Your back will thank you.

Dude, need your help here. I've been searching dog ramps and NONE that I found are wide enough for rack casters. Which did you buy?

I hear ya Vic! When I get to that point I will definitely look into that. For now I have to concentrate on learning how to play. It'll be a while before it gets banged up six!

I keep thinking about reading the post that said the dude wanted/has a JG-3 with E-120's. That'll bust a nut! Yikes!!!!

Very cool,...slightly off topic maybe not...I was just in contact with Glen about a Psychedelic Liberator. I was wondering if any one has had any experience with them. The price is very good. Glen spoke very highly about them. Any thoughts.

After seeing my new cab, I can't ever imagine anything leaving Glenn's shop that is not top notch. I'm sure the Liberator is awesome.

I got it at Petco a couple years ago ... not sure if it would be wide enough for an equipment rack on casters, but it takes the Hard Truckers AVS case with no problem. It's sturdy, metal, has a rubberized surface on it and folds in two. It doesn't have a brand name on it, though. It holds 300 pounds and is 15.5" wide.

I would bet that one made for lawn gear would work, though; they are 2 feet wide.

Rob, A JG-3 with E-120s weighs 103.6 lbs native (add a smidge for the cocobolo trim,) and 112.4 lbs with the wooden cover faceplate. Now add a nice handcart/Anvil case with wheels (totally required)

I have a 3x12 HT copy and with 3 JBls it hasnt left the house! I would want a custtom case for it otherwise forget it. It is very heavy. I went back to just a 2x12 and Im very satisfied with the sound. (for now)
