Many JGB boards from the late 70's early 80's era are vastly inferior to the best auds out there. Do yourself a favor and listen to some of the Jerry Moore JGB auds from that period, you will not be disappointed!I personally think this is generally true of Grateful Dead shows as well. I'd much rather have a good, clean FOB audience than a flat, sterile SBD. I need to hear how the crowd is reacting to the show. So much more exciting to hear!

Boards are good for clearly disecting the playing though (what everyone is doing).
