Dude you're killing me with this. Another great show! I shut it off when you reached for the eggplant. That was torture. I guarantee you I would have eaten that whole pan in one sitting. Absolutely Fantastic. Eggplant, sausage, Ricotta, peas, sauce, noodles! Ohhhhhhh!
