JDarks' is good but the real one is easier...A friend gave me the book years ago I had no idea it was in such high demand. I'll make copies tomorrow in work and try and figure out a way to post it....or just give me your email address

Chuckles this is a riff Jerry used in ANY rocker bluesy situation. Big River, Not Fade Away, Cumberland Blues, Hard To Handle, Mr. Charlie, Around and Around, Johnny B. Goode, OMSN, bunch more. And listen to JGB and youll hear that riff usually 3 times out of any given night. I play it single high note to the pull off then double high note to the pull off. Thats usually how I hear him do it.

Another lick I'd like to see how you guys are fingering is that note played then a quick bend up to it. It has to be one of these two but what are you guys playing? I find the second one difficult.

That second one is the half fret down bend-back. Jerry does it all over the place.

The first one is a bend up to the E but on the B string. I'm just wondering what is the correct fingering for it

I would go with the second one.
I put my ring finger on the target note, and my middle finger on the next lower fret.
You pick the note, then release the ring finger and pick/bend back up to the target note with the middle finger.
It's all on one string (the way I typically do it at least).
It's so Jerry!

Here's a vid I did that shows a half-step bend-back:
