JK sounds and plays great, but his tone is curiously lacking high end, doesn't have the typical Jerry sparkle to it. At least on the first night.
I don't listen to DSO, so I don't know if that's normal for him or not, but Weir's guitar is very snappy and full range sounding, but his sounds like the treble's dialed way back. He's loud enough, and all, but not what you expect from the Fender and E-120 combo.
