How-dee.....

Come check out The JFP tomorrow, Friday, February 6th at Beau's Bar (http://www.beaus-bar.com) in Greenlawn, NY. Showtime is 10:00PM sharp and as usual, we'll be going all night with multiple sets.

The JFP is a NYC 4 piece electric band which covers the music of Jerry Garcia in his various configurations when he wasn't playing with The Grateful Dead. We're drawing on tunes from his stints with Merl Saunders, Legion of Mary and The Jerry Garcia Band. The band is Jason, Gary, John & Eric, all hardcore heads from the NYC scene.

Beau's Bar has turned out to be quite the spot lately. Tons of craziness and a cool turnout no matter the occasion. Owned and run by none other than Beau, an old school tour head from back in the day. It's a very fun place....

Come check em' out and bring your friends....

Yes you are lucky.. Bro, I wish i could make that scene. Frankly that sounds like the best gig of any I've heard of in awhile.
I used to truck extensively around the Island. If only I would have had this computer and this forum about 4 years ago. I'm up here in Buff, too far for me. I would love to chill to some purely JGB and LOM stuff.
I used to have to truck all over Queens, Manhattan, and the Bronx...as well as LI. At the end of the day, I would run back into LI to sleep in my truck. I hit lot's of cool places out there, but I never ran across any heads. Didn't know where to look, didn't have time. My bar stops were sporadic and unplanned.
Hope you rip up a nice " Let It Rock" Peace!! :peas:

Hey Jonarobb!
A little far for me (Denver), but I'll be there in spirit. Have a great show. Tunes sound great! BTW, your JBLs are breaking in really nicely and sound so sweet powered by the Heritage Patriot! They're sitting proudly in a Hardtruckers cabinet!

Peace,

Gil
