The weight shouldn't be that much heavier; it's just an extra third bigger on the two side panels; the extra front and back portion are mostly air anyway due to the speaker and rear cutout.
Now, add an extra 20 pounds of JBL ... but you know, once you get up to the 2X12 it's already frigging heavy. A little more frigging heavy really doesn't matter at that point. Those metal guys are hauling around a couple of 4X12's to every gig along with their 10 space shock racks that weigh another 100 pounds loaded.
If you're going to be moving it around, have AVS or someone make you a custom fitted road case with good casters and padded handles. Your back will thank you. That's some of the best money I've spent, along with the dog ramp to get it into the car.
(And make sure your power amp or output transformer can handle the resulting 2 ohm load.)
