Not playing Debbie Downer here, just looking for some conversation.

How do you think the boys will hold up throughout the tour?
Granted they're in fairly good shape for their ages, Jeff is by far the youngest I think, Warren not as old but doesn't have Phils figure and I don't care what you say the Beacon run and all the rehersing has to take a little from you. Will they be able to bring it night after night? I'm glad I'm seeing them on a Tuesday FWIW.

I cant really think of a group of guys who have toured more than this group. Warren plays every night of the week.
Sets might be short but I think they will be fine.
Bob is getting fat.

As I watched in amazement the other night, it dawned on me that these dudes have been playing together longer than I've been alive! And it showed, they were having fun, it sounded great and everyone in the audience was having fun! As far as their 20 something dates, they'll be fine!

SS--we must be looking at different recent photos of Bob then because not only has he slowly morphed into Jerry with the beard and the grey hair, but he's working hard on the gut too. Looks like he's been swimming in Sierra Nevada and drinking the pool. Maybe 3 or 4 chilli dogs with some Haagendaas on the side for breakfast. All he needs now is a pair of glasses and a few black, blue and red T's to cover that newly formed rotund mound of cottage cheese he's sportin.

As for how they'll do on tour, I think they'll be plenty fine for the whole run and that they'll play fairly long shows too. If Billy can still play the drums for a whole show then the rest of them oughtta be able to have enough stamina to keep up.
As for Warren, the man is a machine. He's used to 300 gigs a year or so. I'd love to know what he eats on a daily basis. Perhaps he's been giving Bob lessons in consuming mass quantities.

I'd seen the other vids... they are selling this tour hard. But they look like they're having a fuckin' blast. I'm psyched.

Can they handle the workload? Are you kiddin' me?
