Hey Y'all,

Have any of you ordered tickets from gdtstoo.com?

I tried it for the upcoming Dead tour via the fax method. Haven't heard anything from them. No order confirmation, rejection, nothing. Just wondering if they normally take this long to process orders or if I should consider my order lost.

I'm going through the same thing but I did mail order- very stressful. I don't know how you went about faxing but they do not give individual info on your order. They either show up at your door or your money order shows up at your door. There is a message on their answering machine that says tix are being processed on will be in out in the next couple weeks.
I was told everyone who ordered for Buff got theirs but the wait is still killing me.

I believe you could email them and ask about your order. Based on reading posts on other message boards (ratdog.org) there seems to be a fair amount of confusion regarding certain shows/ticket issues. People have said they emailed and at least got some info they wanted. Won't hurt to try an email and see what happens.

Here is our GDTS TOO mail order status for each venue on The Dead 2009
tour..

First, the upgrades…way more orders came in for the
lower price tickets than usual, therefore, we have asked
folks to upgrade for some shows. We are trying to get
as many people to the shows as possible so if you
mailed in and would like to upgrade, our fax form can
be found on gdtstoo.com, or, if you would prefer to send
a money order in for your upgrade just let us know and
we will set your order aside. Folks who do not choose to
upgrade will be placed in a lottery (according to your
postmark) for the lower price allotment, but may not
get tickets. Upgrade info, as well as status of all shows
is as follows:

"Now batting" Sunday, April 12, 2009, Greensboro
Coliseum in Greensboro, NC. Yes, upgrades are
needed for this show from low to mid price tickets. The
upgrade price is $15.50. We also have a small amount of
mid-price tickets at $72.00 and high-price tickets at
$96.00 both are available via our credit card fax form.

Tuesday, April 14, 2009 the Verizon Center in
Washington, DC. No upgrades are needed for this show.
Washington is "on deck" and will be processed in the next
couple of weeks. We are sold out of our allotment for this
show.

Wednesday, April 15, 2009, John Paul Jones Arena in
Charlottesville, VA. We will start work on this show in the
next couple of weeks. Yes, upgrades are needed from low
to high price tickets. The upgrade price is $30.00 per ticket.

Friday, April 17, 2009, Times Union Center in

Mountain View, CA. This show will be processed in a few weeks.

Saturday, May 16, 2009, The Gorge in Quincy, WA with special
guest Allman Brothers Band and The Doobie Brothers. This show will

get reserved tickets. For those of you who mailed in after the first
postmarks you may not get reserved tickets so please let us know

They pretty much make the camping pass info for The Gorge as unnoticeable and hard to find as possible, and when you do find out about it, there goes another $59 per vehicle... but it is good for both that Sat night AND Friday the night before the show.

It's also in George, WA, not Quincy. On the initial ticket vendor page to which dead.net sends you (why not GDTS???!!!), it states the location as Quincy, CA!! That's in central CA where High Sierra is held. If people go there, they will only be about 1000 miles away from the show...

im having trouble getting ticket info on the further tour for charlotte nc . decided not to do the mail order this time. using email, I had to cut and paste my CC info on CC order form (box wasnt large enough to handle all my CC numbers). As of 2/2/10 havent herd anything on the charlotte tour. getting nervous.
