Anyway my band Legion of Jerry is doing a Double bill with Depth Quartet on Friday 2/27/09 at the Corner Pocket........ 501 Boston Post Rd., Orange, CT, 06477 ......Show starts with Legion of Jerry at 9:00 pm....
Orange is right outside of New haven and only a little more than 45 minutes from Westchester county NY.
For those of you that dont know. Depth Quartet is the side project of a couple members of Max Creek: Scott Murawski on Guitar and Greg Vasso on Drums. Also a fantastic bass player in Justin Kolack.
Scott Murawski is also the guitarist in the Bill Kreutzmann trio and the Mike Gordon Band.
This is Scotts first show Back East coming off his recent west coast swing with Kreutzmann.
Should be a fantastic night with some suprise guests!
Hope to see some peeps there........very intimate setting to see Murawski in. If you have never seen him before he is an absolute sick guitar player. Depth Quartet is a very inventive band.
