Well, I am ready to have my 3 pickup SG all wired up to make my Cowboy, but I don't know how I want the controls to be. Here are my 2 ideas:

I can either have it setup just like Cowboy with individual on/off toggles for each pickup and 1 coil-tap switch that controls both Humbuckers with a master volume and tone.

or

Keep it like the current setup with a 3 way switch, individual volume for each pickup and a master tone and 2 switches for the humbuckers to go series, parallel or phase.

Any other ideas are welcome.

See my thread about how I had my Jackson wired. It's under Instruments, IIRC.

I use 3 ways to do series, parallel & single. then a pushpull for neck and bridge out of phase.

This is the most ideal setup I could have!!!
