It's a Guild D25. This model was my first acoustic. I bought mine in 1978. This photo looks to be of the same era. A very interesting design in that there is no bracing on the back. It's sort of arched shaped. It sports a mohagany back and neck with a solid spruce top and rosewood fingerboard The guitar sounds and plays incredible. It's cool to see that Jerry played the same model. Thanks for the photo

Wow! D-25 it is. I have one exactly like it that I bought new in 1977 for $275. Had no idea that Jerry had one. Really great guitar. Beautiful sound.
