When it doesn't fit anywhere else

Too much time on a Sunday. I'm in love with my gear! This guitar and this amp were just made for each other. It's my main rig for my Garcia cover band. Just reeks of mid-70's magic....

Picked this up at the Aqueduct Raceway Flea Market....

1972 all original. No case. Was wrapped in a plastic bag with a sign that said, "Electric Guitar. Doesn't Work. $100 or B/O."

3 piece ash. Frets are shot and the edges of the fret board are heavily chewed and decayed. Looks better in the picture than it is. Totally not playable but I'm going to spruce it up over the next couple of weeks.

Nice looking gear. Which is the guitar that you bought? Or both . . . ? ? ?

Nice looking Mesa too.

The Strat is new(er). Flea Market score from August.

The Kramer and Mesa have been around for a while. I have several Kramer Aluminum neck guitars but this one pictured has the mojo.

I thought the Kramer was a Travis Bean because of the headstock.
Thats a sharp looking guitar .

Kramers have the head split open at the top. Beand have a T shaped hole. Body shapes aside, that is the most obvious diff.
