You get a Mexicali > Me & My Uncle (KILLER backwards transition....they jump right into Uncle!), one of those tasty 77 Dupreeses(?!) where Bobby & Donna harmonize with Jerry during the chorus and throw in the "oooooo"s on the last line of it and a pretty hot second set. One thing of note on this show, Jerry seems to take a tune or two to find himself. He has a modicum of trouble w/ the opener (1/2-Step) but slowly & surely finds his way.

How on earth do you mention that show and NOT mention the Truckin' from it? Best truckin in my book. Maybe just for the little end solo from Jerry where everything stops and lets him tear it up but still amazing stuff!

Currently im listenin to DP8 Casey Jones from 70'. Love the ending in this one with Jerry growling thru all the vocals.

WOW. I just stumbled across 1979-01-15, one of the last Keith shows, and it's rockin'!! The Playin' sequence at the end of the show is amazing. The post-drums jam -> playin' is smoking. Jerry is at warp speed.

hey all, from getting hot Richmond.
Currently just found a link from this forum with good aud. shows to download from the archive. So I've got Laguna Seca , 7. 29. 88. JFK, 89. Greek, 6.15.85 and a hot Atlanta show 4.1.90, in Brent's last months. Sound quality is very good considering these were from mikes in the crowd. Plus you get the energy of the crowd. Good stuff.
