Do you guys have any favorites in and around the north east for bluegrass festivals. I am particularly looking for ones with camping and family friendly.

Grey Fox is the only one I know of in the Northeast. Merlefest is in NC (and was last weekend) and is definitely worth a drive down (unless you're coming from like Maine or something). But Grey Fox should be almost as good too. It's in NY.

Saw a poster recently advertizing for "DelFest" in Cumberland Md.9 About 2 hrs from Pittsburgh)
I think it's later this month. Del McCrory band is the main feature. I also believe Railroad Earth and k
Keller and the Keels are among some of the acts. Sam Bush may also be there.

I'm sure you could google it for more info. Looks pretty good though.

There is one that happens every year in Snow Camp NC.....very family friendly!
