I don't know how this song slipped passed me, but I'd never heard it until recently. Just beautiful classic sad song Jerry. I once read somewhere that he had a real affection for sad songs. Jerry's one of, if not my very favorite, as far as being able to convey a feeling, emotion vocally. This song is just wonderful. I've got it on All Good Things: The Studio Sessions 6. Anybody know where I can get a version of this live?

I just wrote a Zevon letter not too long ago! Search for it under "Zevon". This is a Zevon song and as far as I know, Jerry never played it live, just did a studio version of it. You can, however, find a live Zevon version of it, I think it's on Learning to Flinch, but I could be mistaken.

I've found some Zevon tab, but it doesn't to match up with Jerry's version. I'm sure it could be transposed but I ain't that good. I just googled "accidentally like a marty + tab" and found some tab and chord progressions but as I play along it don't match up just exactly perfect.
